Pokémon Sun and Moon: the second global event begins

Pokémon Sun and Moon

The first global event of Pokémon Sun and Moon we proposed to capture the crazy figure of 100 million Pokémon to be given as completed. Despite community efforts, Game Freak game users were not even able to get close to half of the required creatures, unsuccessfully concluding that first global mission.

After collecting the data of the first event and giving some rest to the users, Game Freak has started this second global event today, December 27, which proposes to capture or weaken 1 million Pokémon using the island scanner. A figure that seems much more accessible than the proposal in the previous challenge of the company.

The second global mission will conclude on January 9, 2017, so we have until that date to capture or eliminate the one million required creatures. Of course, it is imperative to do so using the island scanner. We remind you that to load the scanner we need to read with the codes and then use the scanner itself.

Here you have the complete list of QR codes for you to start reading codes. On the way it is also possible to get special Pokémon using the island scanner, so we can take advantage of the event to find us with all the creatures of the Alola region.

The reward for completing this second global event by reaching the million Pokémon captured or removed with the scanner before January 9 will be the amount 2017 coins of the Festiplaza. However, if we fail to reach the goal we will receive an equal prize, which will be only 217 coins from the Festiplaza.

Finally, if we have our Nintendo ID linked to Pokémon Global Link, the total number of coins we receive will be doubled, whether or not the event succeeds. Certainly, the figure of one million Pokémon seems quite affordable from today until next January 9, although we can not get lost.
